Shipping Policy

These policies are currently in effect. As Turaath Books continues to grow, these terms will be reviewed and updated accordingly.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during busy periods or holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on the size and weight of your order and your location. We reserve the right to choose the carrier at our discretion.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

These are estimates only. Turaath Books is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

6. Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Turaath Books is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship an order returned due to an incorrect address.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier and marked as delivered, Turaath Books is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

8. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
