Refund Policy

These policies are currently in effect. As Turaath Books continues to grow, these terms will be reviewed and updated accordingly.

1. All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the cases described below.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival or is incorrect (different from what you ordered), you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To qualify:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item
• The item must not have been used or further damaged after receipt

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a refund or replacement is warranted.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

• Books that have been read, opened, or used
• Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address
• Orders delayed or lost due to carrier issues beyond our control
• Digital products or downloadable content

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at maktabahturaathbooks@gmail.com.
